The backbone of India’s Rail Infrastructure.

Bhilai is a planned city built on discipline, community and nation-building pride. Powered by Bhilai Steel Plant (SAIL), it is home to the world’s longest single-piece rail (130 metres) and the capability to deliver 260-metre rail panels - helping India move farther, faster and safer.

From everyday tracks to headline engineering, Bhilai’s steel has supported landmark national projects - the most recent one is the Chenab Rail Bridge, where Bhilai Steel Plant supplied a major share of the steel used. This half marathon is more than a run: it’s a city-scale statement to put India’s Rail City - Bhilai - on the national running map, year after year.

Cut-off Timings

  • 21.0975Km– 3 hrs 15 mins
  • 10 km – 90 mins
  • 5 km – 50 mins

Timing Rules:

  • Overall winners will be decided based on Gun Time, not Chip Time.
  • Age category winners will be decided based on Chip Time, not Gun Time.
  • Age category winners will NOT be announced on race day.

Important Conditions:

  • Prize winners may need to submit additional identity/age proof.
  • Bib exchanges or use of another person's bib will lead to disqualification and loss of prize eligibility.
  • All prizes are subject to taxation and completion of necessary formalities.
